Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your LifeStraw apparel, but if your fit isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. All returned products must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely seal the box before attaching the return shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
